Almost three years after the European market launch of the Toyota Corolla Cross, the Japanese are giving the SUV a facelift. It will roll into German dealerships from autumn 2025.

Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift 2025 – New Exterior
The facelift of the Corolla Cross focuses mainly on the front and rear sections of the exterior. A new honeycomb-shaped grille now greets you from the front and a light strip runs across the entire front.
The new headlights also catch the eye, these are now also available as LED headlights with adaptive high beam. There were no changes to the profile of the Toyota Corolla Cross, instead the designers have also given the rear new lights.
The more modern lights and the new embossed model lettering create a new look and adapt the Corolla Cross to the more advanced designs of Toyota's newer models.
Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift 2025 – Upgraded Interior with Better Insulation
In the interior of the SUV, Toyota has redesigned the center console and gear selector lever so that the occupants are offered more practical surfaces. For example, there is a new sliding center armrest, new cup holders and an improved, wireless charging surface for your mobile phone.
For the driver, there is a 12.3-inch digital instrument display and the central touchscreen is 10.5 inches. This can also be used to control the infotainment. Toyota has also worked on soundproofing and the new Toyota Corolla Cross is said to be noticeably quieter in the interior.
Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift 2025 – Engine with improved all-wheel drive
Nothing has changed in terms of engines, the choice remains between the 1.8-liter full hybrid or the 2.0-liter version. This means that the range of power output is the usual between 140 and 196 hp system output. The optional all-wheel drive for the 2-litre engine now also includes a 'Snow Extra' mode, which improves stability and control in snow.
Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift 2025 – New GR Sport equipment line
For the Corolla Cross, there is also a new equipment line from the facelift: GR Sport. In addition to sporty design elements such as an exclusive two-tone paintwork, a black-painted radiator grille with logo or red stitching and GR logos in the interior, there are also slight modifications to the chassis.
For example, the chassis was lowered by ten millimeters, a new Sport mode was introduced including steering wheel paddles and the power steering was also modified. As a result, the Toyota Corolla Cross GR Sport accelerates faster and offers a higher engine speed even when idling.
Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift 2025 – Sales Start and Price
The revised Toyota Corolla Cross is scheduled to be in the Schowroom at Toyota dealerships from autumn 2025. It is still unclear exactly what date can be expected for the market launch. Toyota has also not yet determined the price. At the moment, the Toyota Corolla Cross is available from a list price of € 36,550, but experience has shown that the price for the facelift is likely to increase.
